Disconnection Fees Disconnection Fees


There's no disconnection fee for a landline connection - when you disconnect or transfer your service part way through the month, you may see something itemised as "Landline Disconnection". Because of our policy of billing line rental in advance, this is actually a pro-rata credit for the line rental, for the part of the month you haven't used.
