How do I order an Indial service? How do I order an Indial service?

To order an inbound number, we'll send you a list of some of the currently available numbers. Please note that although this list is updated regularly, it is used by a number of carriers, so you are not guaranteed to get your first selection.

  • Select 5 possible numbers, and send it back to us in order of preference, along with the following information:
  • What number would you like the service to answer on? This can be either a landline or mobile service.
  • Would you like to accept calls from all landlines?
  • Would you like to accept calls from all mobiles?

If you have any specialised requests, such as different answerpoints depending on times of day, or regional answerpoint variance, please let us know at this stage, and we'll work out if it's available.

Inbound services typically take 5 business days to activate. We will perform a test call once the service is activated, to make sure it's working.
