Mobile Broadband Excess Usage Charge/Credit Mobile Broadband Excess Usage Charge/Credit

On the itemisation for your wireless service, you'll see two charges listed as "Excess usage charge" and "excess usage credit". This doesn't necessarily mean that you've used more than you're entitled.

The usage charge is how much you've used, and the credit is how much data you're entitled to. If the two figures balance, you've used within your limit - but if the charge is larger than the credit, you've exceeded your usage limit.
