If you see unusually high charges for single SMS's, these are more than likely premium numbers.

Premium numbers can be signed up to for a number of services, such as:

  • ringtones
  • horoscopes
  • competitons
  • online IQ tests

To find out what particular service this is, search for the number on www.whocallsme.com, or a search engine.

To stop these charges from recurring, SMS the word STOP to the number. If you are concerned about accidently signing up for these services, we can block your service from receiving any messages from premium numbers.
